Returns

We love making our customers happy.

Ferhn accepts returns and exchanges on new, unworn merchandise if contacted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

To do a return or exchange please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] listing the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If you're doing an exchange indicate which item(s) you would like to receive in return (subject to stock availability). We'll let you know if the item is available. If you are returning an item due to a quality defect describe the defect.
  3. We'll email you a Return Authorization Number and a printable address label.
  4. All you have to do is tape the address label and Return Authorization Number to the box and ship using the carrier of your choice.

When we receive your merchandise it will be inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Ferhn will pay the cost of shipping the new item to you.

There are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on sale items.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If an item is found to be defective Ferhn will refund the return shipping.
